About Anne Pascucci, Psy.D.

Independent forensic psychologist working at the intersection of psychology and law.

Experience Across Forensic Settings

Anne Pascucci, Psy.D. is the founder and independent forensic evaluator at Superior Forensic Consulting. Her work brings psychological assessment and analysis to complex questions arising in criminal, civil, commitment, and family-law matters.

Her professional experience spans court and correctional settings, sexual violence risk assessment and civil commitment evaluation, independent forensic practice, expert testimony, consultation, and the supervision and training of developing psychologists.

Dr. Pascucci approaches each referral by clarifying the legal question, examining the available evidence, and considering the limits of the conclusions psychological data can support. She integrates assessment findings, records, collateral information, relevant research, and accepted forensic methodology into opinions that can be explained clearly.

Dr. Pascucci’s teaching experience includes psychology courses at Connecticut community colleges and Lake Superior College, alongside professional seminars and training in forensic assessment. Attorney education extends this work by helping legal professionals critically examine psychological evidence and expert reasoning.

A Forensic Practice Built in Duluth

Founded in Duluth, Minnesota, Superior Forensic Consulting takes its name in part from Lake Superior, where the practice began. The name also reflects a standard of work: careful analysis, independent judgment, and clear communication of what the evidence can support.

Connecticut is Dr. Pascucci’s home base. The practice serves attorneys and legal professionals across jurisdictions in state and federal matters.
