Annie Pascucci, the founder of Superior Forensic Consulting, offers a wealth of forensic and clinical experience as outlined in her curriculum vitae. She is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in navigating complex psycholegal questions for criminal, civil, and family litigation. She holds active professional licenses in Connecticut, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. Additionally, she is authorized to provide telehealth services via Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact. Her extensive career history spans specialized clinical and forensic work within state corrections and human service departments, juvenile detention systems, and private practice networks.
Dr. Pascucci’s professional work activities center primarily on conducting advanced forensic psychological evaluations, delivering expert testimony within the judicial system, and teaching within higher education. Her extensive clinical history includes a long-standing commitment to state corrections and human services, where she completed sexual violence risk assessments for civilly committed individuals, managed inmate mental health crisis and medication compliance protocols, and built specialized therapeutic curriculum frameworks guided by Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for sexual offenders and at-risk women, respectively. In addition to her evaluation and courtroom consulting work, Dr. Pascucci is committed to forensic psychology as a science and educating professionals and the community through service as an undergraduate adjunct faculty instructor, supervision of students, and designing didactic seminars, as well as continuing educational presentations for legal professionals.
